-After your order has been placed please allow 48-72 business hrs (excludes holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and sent out.

-Orders are sent out Monday-Friday

-Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, and Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible for any extra customs fees once your order has left our warehouse.

-You will then be sent a tracking number via email. 

If you have not received your order or tracking info please contact us at info@shoplashesbykins.com. Lashes By Kins is not responsible for your package once it has been sent out, please contact USPS or your international carrier with concerns regarding your package.

If there is an issue with your order you will need to contact us within 48 hours at info@shoplashesbykins.com 


-Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in original packaging for sanitary purposes. NO opened products will be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders that show up "delivered" according to USPS or DHL will not be re-shipped. We are not liable for lost packages once they leave our facility.

Yes, we require a deposit of $800 to secure your requested training date, that deposit is deducted from your balance.

Kins, has dates available every month. We can usually get your training book within 2-6 weeks!

After you have decided on which training is best for you, hit that Request Open Date and fill out the desired information, kins will be in contact with you to secure the details!

Yes, our volume trainings can be wispy or regular volume focused. Kins will confirm that with you in final stages of booking!
